27 Weeks

Start my 27th week today. Almost into the third trimester. Baby Johnson is about 14 1/2 inches long and weights around 2 lbs. Our little monkey has been moving around like crazy these days. I've even received a few kicks to the ribs...ouch! Glad to feel movement though.

Had my glucose test yesterday to screen for gestational diabetes. Passed!! My blood sugar needed to be under 140 and I came in at 135. One less thing to worry about.

Slowly acquiring all the baby essentials. Dad is going to put up the crib this weekend and I just ordered the crib bedding. I'll make sure to post a picture when we have it all put together.
